This lovely 2nd floor studio, with a big bathroom, kitchen and huge balcony overlooking Rua da Boavista, is a fine place to call home as it offers elegant and modern functionality combined with the traditional architecture typical from the bourgeois houses of the XIX century.

The studio is packed with great amenities, such as flat-screen cable TV, wireless top quality internet, fully equipped kitchen and a separate dining area, as well as a to-die-for balcony with lounge chairs. The building also offers guests an amazing garden, with barbeque facilities and social areas. It’s like having a private loft in the most hip neighborhood of the city, within a few minute walking distance to Casa da Música, Arts district and the downtown rush.

The metro station (Carolina Michaelis) is within 3 minutes walking distance. It is close to buses, metro, taxis, coffee shops, restaurants, ATMs and the renowned Art District.

Guests can access the gorgeous garden of the house, with its barbecue, outdoor shower and resting areas.

The apartment is located in the 2nd floor and has 35 square meters. It features a double or twin bedroom (ask for your preference) and living room area, kitchen and bathroom.

The building doesn’t have an elevator.

You will receive two cards to open the main door and the apartment. A daily cleaning will be done between 10h until 16h, if you do not want to be disturbed please put the warning on the door. Outside that period the cleaning will not be performed that day.

We’ll need you to provide your check-in time in advance, to make sure we have everything ready upon your arrival. Your satisfaction is our bigger priority!

If requested and possible, check in could be made earlier. When early check in is not possible, the guests can always leave their luggage with us until check in time.
