In a refined setting, you will appreciate the charm of this very picturesque district of Porto. Ten minute walk from the Arts District, Casa da Música or the Bom Sucesso Market, your wanders will be enhanced by the extraordinary location of this studio.

There are many means of transportation serving this area of the city, the main one being the metro (Carolina Michaelis station), with direct connection to the airport and the entire city.

The capacity of this beautiful studio is of 4 people.

The bed is equipped with brand new, comfortable and ecological 1.60×2.00 bedding, which can be set up to two beds of 0.80×2.00, upon request. The sleeping sofa has capacity for two more people. Sheets are provided and the studio will be ready for your arrival.

The lovely area includes a furnished kitchen area and a big bathroom.

The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, with wooden floor, XIX century traditional ceilings and Portuguese marble counters. This studio is ideal to recharge your batteries and enjoy the comfort and relaxation combined with the traditional heritage that Porto has to offer.

The apartment is located in the 1st floor and has 42 square meters. It features a double or twin bedroom (ask for your preference), living room area with a sleeping sofa that turns into a comfortable double bed, kitchen and bathroom.

The building doesn’t have an elevator.

Please let us know at the time of the booking if you will be requesting any of the above mentioned services or other special services. These are provided by business partners therefore are subject to availability.

You will receive two cards to open the main door and the apartment. A daily cleaning will be done between 10h until 16h, if you do not want to be disturbed please put the warning on the door. Outside that period the cleaning will not be performed that day.

We’ll need you to provide your check-in time in advance, to make sure we have everything ready upon your arrival. Your satisfaction is our bigger priority!

If requested and possible, check in could be made earlier. When early check in is not possible, the guests can always leave their luggage with us until check in time.
