New Boavista Exclusive Apartment

In the picturesque district of Boavista, there is a new place to welcome Porto visitors.

The Arts District, Casa da Música and Bom Sucesso Market are within a 10 minute walking distance.

This historical building with five floors and a splendid garden is completely dedicated to our guests. In this modern apartment with its wooden floor, the comfort offered is truly unique: you will be able to enjoy your meals facing the garden in an elegant atmosphere, drink a glass of wine in the stone balcony or appreciate the entire landscape from the mezzanine.
There you’ll find a comfortable double bed, custom-designed furniture, brand new linen and a view over the first floor, which offers a spacious living room, one bathroom and a small but stylish kitchen.

There are additional amenities offered for a pleasant stay: flat-screen cable TV, free Wi-Fi, heating or a Nespresso machine, among many others.

We are fully available to assist you with anything you may need during your stay, and we hope that with us you’ll make the most out of your stay in Porto!

The apartment is located in the ground floor and has 36 square meters. It features a double or twin bedroom (ask for your preference) in an 18 square meters mezzanine, living room with a sleeping sofa that turns into a comfortable double bed, kitchen and bathroom.

There are several extra services you can request:

– Transfer (by shuttle or private taxi) to and from the airport;
– Babysitting;

– Tours in Northern Portugal

Please let us know at the time of the booking if you will be requesting any of the above mentioned services or other special services. These are provided by business partners therefore are subject to availability.

You will receive two cards to open the main door and the apartment. A daily cleaning will be done between 10h until 16h, if you do not want to be disturbed please put the warning on the door. Outside that period the cleaning will not be performed that day.

We’ll need you to provide your check-in time in advance, to make sure we have everything ready upon your arrival. Your satisfaction is our bigger priority!

If requested and possible, check in could be made earlier. When early check in is not possible, the guests can always leave their luggage with us until check in time.

The location is ideal for all dining, culture, business and transport in the city-center. Secure parking is available nearby. This accommodation is suitable for students, families and professionals.
