once the booking is confirmed the guest is requested to share us the passport copy of main guest and expected time of check in, enabling us to inform the building management timely about the guest arrival and take check in approval.

there will be a refundable security deposit of 500 aed against each access card or parking card, if needed by guest. which will be refunded after the card collection ,

In case of key loss 50 aed penalty will be levied.

free cleaning during the stay is only available for long term guests (once in a week) otherwise guests for less then 7 night stay any cleaning service request will be charged @ 250 aed each cleaning (including linen replacement)
