Quiet village apartment. Clean, comfortable and modern. Private sleeping nook has two single beds that can be used separately OR be pushed together, made up and enjoyed as a King bed. Living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed suitable for two. Located on a typically Dutch village street, a minutes drive to indoor shopping center, “Broeker Veiling”. Private, free parking on premises. All you have to do is self check-in to your turn key home abroad.

Comfortable, modern apartment on authentic Dutch village street. My top priority is ensuring your comfort during your stay. This property is ideal for corporate employees, small families (4), and is handicap/wheelchair accessible dogs live in upstairs apartment and can occasionally be heard. This is a NO pet and NO smoke apartment, fees will be incurred if NO pet and NO smoking rules are broken.

This is an entirely private suite for your own personal use with your own private entrance. Facing the building, your private entrance is on the right. There is one parking spot directly in front of your door for your use during your stay.

I have set up a self check-in box for your convenience so you can arrive on your own time and don’t need to arrange an appointment and be stuck on a schedule. We all know things rarely go as planned when we’re on the road!

I am an entrepreneur (travel author and writer, social media expert, landlord and stay-at-home mom) so my schedule is quite flexible to accommodate you. I live 5 minutes by car in the next village. So if you ever need something I’m just a phone call away. Although I don’t meet guests upon arrival, please don’t hesitate to reach out if I can improve your stay in any way. I’m happy to answer your questions and want you to enjoy your time with us as much as possible.

It is a great location. You are in the centre of the small, traditional Dutch town, Broek op Langedijk. There are two large shopping malls with one just 700 meters and one 4km away. By car you can easily explore nearby windmills, historic towns, beaches (Egmond and Bergen) and the capital city Amsterdam. Train station is within 20 minutes walking distance and the train ride is direct into Amsterdam Centraal Station.

Car is preferable.

There is a combination oven/microwave.

There is a €100 fee for each missing key.

Guests are to return keys where they found them in the lockbox.

This is a NO pets and a NO smoking house. Breaking the NO pets or NO smoking rule will result in hefty fines. Missing towels will be charged to your bill at the end of your stay.
