Q: What kind of apartments do you offer?

We offer Luxury corporate housing options in Luxembourg iconic areas: Kirchberg, Belair, Limpertsberg, Cloche d’or, City Center… From 1 bedroom to 3 bedrooms. All our apartments are exclusively designed, furnished and fully serviced with dedicated working area, mailbox and in suite laundry.

Q: What is your cancelation policy?

Corporate clients can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before check in date

Q: Do you ask for a deposit?

No we don’t and we dont charge an agency fee neither

Q: What customer service do you provide?

We have a 24/7 customer line for our corporate clients and for their employees. We also have a commitment of 24 hours SLA to fix any defect in the flat

Q: What is included in the cost?

The cost includes utilities (electricity, water, heating, internet…). Upon request we can add the cost of the weekly cleaning and towels and linen change

Q: Do LuxFlat corporate apartments come with workspaces?

All of our individually designed corporate housing options have fast Wi-Fi and comfortable home-office setups, making them ideal for hybrid and remote workers.

Q: How does billing work?

You have multiple payment options, including credit card, bank transfer, and centralized billing.

Q: Can you sign the contract with the company instead of with the guest? Do you provide an invoice?

Yes a contract can be signed with the company directly. Yes we do provide invoice
