This modern flat has recently been refurbished to an impeccably high standard. The flat itself is located in the basement of a beautiful building. The flat has its own private entrance, 2 bedrooms with super king size beds and ensuite bathrooms, and a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area. There is also a private outside patio area with an additional dining area.
LIVING AREA / KITCHEN / DINING AREA
The open plan living, dining and kitchen area is a lovely and light room due to the french doors and windows. In the summer it is lovely to open these doors and let the fresh air in. The patio area also has a further dining area. On a warm sunny day it is lovely to sit out here and dine al fresco.
The living area has a stylish sofa which is perfect for relaxing on after a long day out exploring what London has to offer. This sofa also turns into a king size sofa bed if you should need it. The TV has a variety of channels so you will not be stuck with finding something to watch.
The kitchen has everything that you would need during your stay if you fancy staying in one night and cooking a delicious meal. There are a variety of pots and pans, plates, glasses, cooking utensils and modern kitchen appliances. You are welcome to use our Nespresso machine, which we will provide coffee pods for. The stylish glass dining table, which is in between the seating and kitchen area, seats four people comfortably.
BEDROOMS
The master bedroom is light and spacious, due to the double doors and windows. On a warm day it is nice to open these doors and let the fresh air in. The bed is super king size and extremely comfortable. In here there is an interesting mirror with a world map overlaid on it – a great feature of the room. The second bedroom is a little smaller but still has a king size bed in it. Both beds will be spotlessly made up using hotel quality linen. There will also be plenty of space in the wardrobes for you to be able to hang your clothes up and store your belongings away.
BATHROOMS
There are two modern ensuite bathrooms in the property. The ensuite to the master bedroom has a bath with a shower attachment, toilet and basin. The ensuite to the second bedroom has a luxurious walk in shower, toilet and basin. Large fluffy white towels and toiletries will be provided for every guest.
HOUSE RULES:

– The property will only accept the number of adults booked as per the booking confirmation. Any unregistered guests will not be accepted.
– Each guest will be asked to present a form of identification upon check-in
– This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
– This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
– Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked-in.
Should the above policies are not respected, we reserve the right to apply a penalty fee to the guest for any damages caused to the property.

This flat is in a great neighbourhood in the London borough of Hammersmith and Fulham – close to great shops, cafes, restaurants and open green spaces.
Ravenscourt Park is just a 10 minute walk away. This is a lovely place to take a picnic on a warm sunny day. The north east corner of the park is a designated archaeological priority area. In the park there is also multiple play areas, paddling pools for children and also two cafes.
The flat is also just a 15 minute walk away from the banks of the river Thames. On a sunny day it is lovely to wander down to the river and watch the world go by and have a drink at The Dove, which is a waterside pub where Charles II and Nell Gwynne once dined, and also has the smallest bar room in the world.
Westfield shopping centre is just a 15 minute walk away. You could spend a whole day in here browsing the huge variety of shops. There are also plenty of fun chain restaurants to eat in here, including Bill’s and Five Guys.
This flat is in a fantastic location in terms of being able to get around London quickly and easily. The nearest tube station is Goldhawk Road, which is just a 5 minute walk away. This station is on the Circle and Hammersmith and City Lines. Head south and you can change to the Piccadilly Line at Hammersmith station, or head north up to White City then change to the central line which will take you through the centre of London via Bond Street, Oxford Street and St Paul’s.
If you don’t fancy taking the tube there are a number of bus stops along Goldhawk Road. From here you can get a bus to the centre of London and surrounding areas.
