The bright bedroom is equipped with a double-size bed. The apartment also features an en suite bathroom equipped with a bathtub and an overhead shower.

A definitive programme has not yet been prepared but as a guide the programme is as follows – as always subject to weather:-
Scaffold start – Monday 11th September. Front elevation scaffold should be completed by Friday 15th September. Rear scaffold should be completed by Friday 29th September.
Works will commence immediately on completion of the scaffold as from Monday 2nd October.
The decoration works will start at 4th floor level and work downwards. It will be necessary for doors and windows to be opened at periodic intervals – the site foreman will notify residents in advance – normally on 24/48 hours notice – it would be helpful to have some contact details of all residents.
The works are due for completion no later than Friday 8th December to allow for the scaffold to be taken down before Christmas.
