This newly renovated, fully furnished apartment in the peaceful Sant Gervasi neighborhood offers 130 sqm of luxurious living space, including two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, two modern bathrooms, and an open-concept kitchen and living room. It’s equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including linens and cookware.

Located in the exclusive Sarrià-Sant Gervasi area, known for its tranquility, green parks, and proximity to shops and schools, this apartment offers a quiet retreat while still being close to public transport. The area’s history dates back to Roman times, making it a unique and desirable part of Barcelona.

IMPORTANT – The following amounts aren’t included in the rental price and will be charged upon arrival into the property:
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit must be paid upon check-in, fully refundable as long as there are no damages to the apartment. The security deposit amount is 2 months of rental per year-long contract, or the prorated amount for shorter stays. Please contact us if you need more information.

Please note, the following charges aren’t included in the price:
– EUR200,00 monthly utilities fee (water, electricity, wifi). Should the bills sum up to a higher amount, the tenant will be asked to pay the difference.
– EUR200,00 + VAT monthly agency fee

LATE CHECK-IN:
For check-ins from 8pm to 10pm: 40€
For check-ins from 10pm to 11pm: 60€

EARLY CHECK-IN (before 3pm): Subject to availability and there is a €40 early check-in fee. Please note that in case the apartment is being cleaned, the early check-in fee still applies and you can ONLY leave your luggage in the apartment, take the keys and come back when the cleaning is done (around 3pm).

A rental contract will be signed between the guest and the owner that highlights the booking details as well as the property and building rules.
