This is a newly renovated and furnished three king bedroom, two en-suite bathroom apartment of around 1900 sq ft (176 sq m) in one of Kensington and Chelsea’s most beautiful and bustling areas. Once inside, this home is a perfect place for couples and families, this home features a cosy living room with bursts of colour, 2 opulent well- equipped kitchens and spacious rooms filled with amazing artwork throughout. The 2 Living rooms are very well appointed boasting 75’ and 65’ TVs. Relax on the sofa, hang out with your family and friends, make yourself at home! It’s a welcoming and inviting space where you can kick back. The bedrooms are perfect for a great night’ sleep. The patio area is furnished with BBQ and stylish, hanging chair, eclectic living area providing a homely, fun space for family time (seating for up to 8). The two levels can be accessed through the street level in the front of the building or through the connecting gardens by using the tree-house style ladder!

For the laundry fanatics, there are 2 washer-dryers in the kitchen tucked into built-in cupboards in the kitchen plus a steam iron and ironing board are there for your use.

Last but not the least, there is a huge garden straight from the living and dining area to a beautifully furnished garden space for fresh air. Perfect for spring and summer, but even in the winter time, London does get quite a few sunny dry days and the space is a perfect south-facing sun trap to enjoy the winter sunshine.

Please let me know if you need any special arrangements for children, we can provide a baby cot, bath, high chair on request, etc for a small fee.

**Guest Access**
You will have private access to the entire property. Because the home comes with a key box, you’ll be able to check in any time after 4 pm, but please be mindful of noise after 11 pm.

The garden is private, fully fenced and secure. It’s accessed via the kitchen and master bedroom. We live nearby if you should need us, but otherwise you will be left to feel at home.

There is no daytime parking outside the property. You can park on the street overnight after 6:30pm on Monday – Friday until 8:30am next day; on Saturday you can park after 6:30pm and Sunday parking is free all day. Remember, parking restrictions start from Monday 8am again.

CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in is on or after 4PM and check-out is before 11AM. Early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please reach out for pricing at the time of booking.

BEDROOM/BATHROOM: All the beds will be made up with fresh luxury linens, what more do you need for a good night’s sleep? You don’t have to live out of your suitcase; plenty of storage room means you can unpack and start feeling at home right away. The apartment would comfortably accommodate 6 people (two people sharing the bedroom) and the 2 living rooms are large and have 2 sleeper sofa bed, an additional 2 guests could sleep there. Taking it up to 4 guests. We do have a Z-mattress as well. There are many configurations of our property to make your stay comfortable, just let us know what works best for you.

Samsung 75’ and 65’ smart TV is located in the 2 large living rooms.

– Freshen up in any of the lovely bathrooms. You have the luxury of enjoying a soak in the large tub or waking up in the mornings with a fantastic shower. The simple yet luxurious bathroom (BA1) is our most modern bathroom has nature-inspired elements with a rainfall-style shower head and bathtub, BA2 is our Moroccan Zen bathroom has nature-inspired elements with a shower head and bathtub, BA3 has a huge walk in shower with very strong water pressure. Expect an initial load of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hairdryer.

KITCHEN/DINING: If cooking is your thing, you’re going to love spending time in the stylish kitchen. All the appliances are modern and easy to use – you’ll enjoy showing off your culinary skills here! There is also a fantastic dining table perfect for enjoying a meal together. Kitchenware, tableware and cooking essentials, such as tea, flour, coffee, salt, sugar and oils are provided. Kettle, coffeemaker, toaster and a blender are at your disposal as well.

The dining can seat 6 guests, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more. Outdoor we can seat 10 guests.

Our 3 bed | 3 BA property is a block away from grocery stores and just a 10-15 minute walk to Westfield and Holland Parks. Set in the heart of the prestigious, zone 1 district of Earl’s Court/Chelsea, you’re just 8 mins walk away from the nearest Tubes (Earl’s Court) with the Natural History Museum, V&A, Science Museum, & the iconic Royal Albert Hall all just around the corner. There are lots of lovely cafes, pubs and restaurants within a very short walking distance.

Chelsea is an affluent area known for the smart boutiques & high-end restaurants lining busy King’s Road. The National Army Museum traces British army history from the 1600s to the present, while the Saatchi Gallery displays contemporary art in the Duke of York’s headquarters. Right on the Thames in central London, Chelsea sits below South Kensington and Knightsbridge and between Belgravia and Fulham. With great shopping, colourful houses, and river views, this area is one of the city’s most desirable.
