– AC TEMPERATURE:
Recommended temperature is 24 degrees

Parking: Free valet parking is provided by the building. When you arrive at the tower, you should hand over your car to the valet service and proceed to check-in at the reception.

-LUGGAGE STORAGE:
Since the building is residential, luggage storage is not available on-site. However, guests can check the Dubai Mall or Mall of the Emirates websites for more information on luggage storage options.

– BASIC HOUSE RULES:
– Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment-violators will be fined 500 AED.
– Avoid uncivilized or inappropriate behavior.
– Keep noise levels down, especially between 10 pm and 8 am.
– Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the apartment.
– Notify the host of any damage or extensive soiling; cover deep cleaning charges if required.
– Be responsible for keys, access cards, and parking remotes; incur charges for misplacement or damage as follows: 262.5 AED per key, 367.5 AED per card, 525 AED for parking remote, and 4200 AED for smart lock damage.
– Supervise children under 14 in all areas.
– No alterations to the unit including furniture.
– Follow vehicle parking rules and only park in the allocated parking space.
– Dispose of garbage in designated bins and areas, and do not leave rubbish in public or common areas.
– Lost and Found Policy: Take all belongings upon departure; the host is not responsible for items left behind.
