Please note that free parking is only available if you provide your car details at least 24 hours before check-in. If the details are submitted at the last minute or after check-in time, you will need to use the paid parking options in the building. As per the building management’s rules, it takes 24 hours to process to register the car details, and free parking will only be accessible once this registration period is complete.
– Foldable Baby Cot:
Please note that there is a foldable baby cot in the apartment, but we do not provide baby blankets or baby pillows so we recommend bringing your own.
– ADDITIONAL CLEANING:
Please contact us if you require cleaning during your stay or linen and towel changes, this can be provided at an extra cost. The charges will be as follows:

1 Linen Set Setup: 94.5 AED
One-time Cleaning Charges with linen change: 246.75 AED
One-time Refresh Cleaning (cleaning with no linen change or amenities): 178.75 AED
– AC TEMPERATURE:
– There are two control panels: one panel for the living room, and the other panel controls the temperature for both the master bedroom and second bedroom.
– Please note that as recommended by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, the AC temperature will vary between 20-24 ℃ (depending on the temperature outside and the panel settings you control).
– LUGGAGE STORAGE:
Since the building is residential, luggage storage is not available on-site. However, guests can check the Dubai Mall or Mall of the Emirates websites for more information on luggage storage options.
– BASIC HOUSE RULES:
– Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment-violators will be fined 500 AED.
– Avoid uncivilized or inappropriate behavior.
– Keep noise levels down, especially between 10 pm and 8 am.
– Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the apartment.
– Notify the host of any damage or extensive soiling; cover deep cleaning charges if required.
– Be responsible for keys, access cards, and parking remotes; incur charges for misplacement or damage as follows: 262.5 AED per key, 367.5 AED per card, 525 AED for parking remote, and 4200 AED for smart lock damage
– Supervise children under 14 in all areas.
– No alterations to the unit including furniture.
– Follow vehicle parking rules and only park in the allocated parking space.
– Dispose of garbage in designated bins and areas, and do not leave rubbish in public or common areas.
– Lost and Found Policy: Take all belongings upon departure; the host is not responsible for items left behind.
