Now the boring bit – House rules
While we want you to enjoy the house like it’s your own, we do ask that you treat the property with care and respect and show due consideration for residents in neighbouring properties. Anyone found to be deliberately in breach of the conditions of rental will be asked to leave immediately and could face further action.
• Check in between 8-10pm is a 30GBP fee.
• Check in after 10 pm is 60GBP.
• Check out is strictly 11am unless otherwise agreed upon. 50GBP/ half hour will be charged if guest resides in flat past check out time.
• Parties are strictly prohibited.
• No smoking– 200GBP fine imposed.
