This stunning flat is perfect for families or larger groups. It is situated on peaceful mews and has a lovely cosy pub at the end – The Queen’s Arms.

Situated near to Hyde Park, The Royal Albert Hall and Gloucester Road tube station

The kitchen is fully kitted out, with a large dining table for those evening family meals. There’s a guest toilet on the lower floor.

The next floor up is the living room and bedroom with ensuite.

The third floor has two more bedrooms with ensuites. All bedrooms have great clothes storage.

There is a private roof terrace with outdoor furniture and a fire pit.

Guests will have access to the entire mews house

– While we want you to enjoy the house like it your own, we do also ask that you treat the property with respect and care – Anyone who does not will be asked to leave immediately and could face further action

– Please do not open any packets of linen otherwise you will be charged

Check out is 11am unless otherwise agreed upon. 50GBP/ half hour will be charged if guest resides in flat past check out time without prior approval.

No smoking– 200GBP fine imposed

Late check ins between 9pm-midnight are charged at £60

Check ins after midnight must be requested before booking to confirm availability and charge

We can provide baby cots and high chairs, for health and safety reasons, we do not supply the mattress or linen for the cot. Many guests order these online to be delivered for their stay.
