Temporary rental exclusively for leisure, vacation, recreational or cultural purposes.

A beautiful, recently renovated studio apartment in the heart of the Gothic quarter.

It is 3 minutes walking away from Las Ramblas, Placa Reial, and 5 minutes away from the Port.

Exclusively for the use of the guest

We will check you in personally and explain around the apartment, answer any questions you might have. After the check-in the apartment is yours for the duration of your stay! Of course we will still be available 24/7 for any questions you might have, any help you might need.

IMPORTANT – The following amounts aren’t included in the rental price and will be charged upon arrival into the property:

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit must be paid upon check-in, fully refundable as long as there are no damages to the apartment. The security deposit amount is 2 months of rental per year-long contract, or the prorated amount for shorter stays. Please contact us if you need more information.

UTILITY FEES
An extra 222.75€ per month will be charged to cover utility fees (water, electricity, wifi). Should the bills sum up to a higher amount, the tenant will be asked to pay the difference.

LATE CHECK-IN:
For check-ins from 8pm to 10pm: 40€
For check-ins from 10pm to 11pm: 60€

EARLY CHECK-IN (before 3pm): Subject to availability and there is a 40€ early check-in fee. Please note that in case the apartment is being cleaned, the early check-in fee still applies and you can ONLY leave your luggage in the apartment, take the keys and come back when the cleaning is done (around 3pm).

A rental contract will be signed between the guest and the owner that highlights the booking details as well as the property and building rules.

A rental contract outlining the rental summary as well as house rules will be signed prior to check-in.
