Located on the 2nd floor of this brand new luxury development, this apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The smoke-free property features a living room with an open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is fitted with ice-cold air conditioning in every room together with a continuous supply of fresh filtered air to keep each room well-ventilated.

The living room is equipped with a large sofa and a Smart TV. The kitchen is fully fitted with modern smart Siemens appliances and offers a large kitchen island that can seat 4 people and be used as a large cooking preparation area, making cooking for groups effortless. The master bedroom comes complete with a small double-size ottoman storage bed and an en-suite shower room, while the other bedroom features a king-size ottoman storage bed. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage with luxury-fitted wardrobes. The apartment also features another shower room. There is also a dedicated home office area, with high-speed fibre internet throughout the apartment.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.

You can book a Car Service through us. In this case, the driver will take you directly to the property and we can meet you at the property for the check-in.
