This high floor 1-bedroom apartment features large windows that provide bright light and breathless views of the sea, Dubai Opera and the unique Dubai skyline. This is an amazing apartment fully equipped with all appliances and electronics including a large smart TV. The luxurious space comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. The master bedroom has private bathroom and a working desk. There is a guest toilet. The living room has a great sofa-bed that converts into a comfortable queen size bed that can accommodate two extra guests and we also offer a crib for the little ones. The apartment features great living, dining and balcony areas with outstanding views and five stars hotel decoration. A fully equipped kitchen offers all facilities needed for cooking.

Guests will have the entire apartment to enjoy and relax. In addition, the building offers swimming pools, sauna, games room, two squash courts, children play area and gym that can be used free of charge.

Happy to share recommendations and provide a local’s inputs. Otherwise there is a self check-in, smart lock with key code, etc. which allows guests for full independence. Obviously, I’m available if needed

It is a premium location with some of the most fantastic attractions including the Burj Khalifa that is a must to visit the top, the Opera with great shows to enjoy, Dubai Mall that is the largest shopping center in the World and the Dancing Fountains with the light show, both World record holders and an impressive sight to admire from the apartment

We offer free parking on the basement of the building included in your stay. Taxis and Uber are available at the street level and there is also the metro not too far. We are 15 minutes to the airport
