The space
The apartment is on the fifth floor and overlooks a very quiet street with a tree-lined park. The living area consists of a large living room with double sofa bed and dining table, living kitchen with balcony, bright terrace that connects to a bedroom. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds (convertible into 2 double beds) and 2 bathrooms

Other things to note
Please communicate the time of your arrival. Remember: if you don’t give us any indication you could wait some time before to get in the apartment. Free check-in is guaranteed from Monday to Sunday, between 3 pm and 8 pm. Other arrangements may require a supplement. In particular:

11am – 3pm = 30€ supplement (depending on availability, if cleanings are still in the process you can just leave bags)

8pm – 10pm = 20€ supplement

10pm – 1am= 30€ supplement

The time-schedule to check-in is subject to availability of our Welcome Staff. In the event that other bookings are on the same day, you will agree together the optimal check in time for both.
