Laundry Room Information
– The Laundry Room is located between the 1st and 2nd floors.
– Facilities: 2 x Washing Machine + 2 x Dryer
– Opening Hours: Weekdays 8am-8pm / Weekends 10am-6pm
– The machines are free to use, but you need to provide your own detergent and conditioner.
– If the door is closed you will need your room key to enter.

Rubbish Collection
– Operated by Westminster Council
– Weekend Collection: Sat, Sun – 10:00 – 12:00
– Weekday Collection: Mon – Fri – 10:00 – 12:00
*Please do not leave rubbish outside overnight. There is a black bin across the road, which can also be used.

Bayswater is a great location to use as a base whilst in London. There are great transport links and the area feels residential. The location of the property is quiet during the night time.

Cleaning – The apartment is cleaned for your arrival but is not cleaned during your stay. If you wish to book additional cleaning services there is a charge per service. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to schedule this service.

Welcome Amenities – We provide a welcome amenities. Please note that these are not replenished during your stay.

Baby Cot Hire – There is a charge of £15 per night for the cot hire. This includes delivery and collection. Due to health and safety we only provide 1 sheet. The cot is usually a pop up travel cot with a thinner mattress.

Beds – All beds are standard UK doubles. The sofa bed is also a standard UK double sofa bed.

Apartment Change – In some instances we may need to amend your apartment number but you will be moved to the same category of apartment or higher. All rooms are decorated in a similar style.
