This beautiful London house, set in a quiet residential area, can comfortably accommodate up to two people. The smoke-free property features an open-plan living room and kitchen on the first floor and a ground-floor bedroom and bathroom.

The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a dining table and a TV and PlayStation 4 to access streaming services. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and includes all the cooking utensils that you could need when preparing a quick snack or your evening dinner. The bedroom equipped with a king-size bed, with a bathroom equipped with a shower.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to present a form of governmental identification once the reservation has been created and upon check-in.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.

Should the above policies are not respected, a penalty fee would, therefore, apply to the guest(s) for any damages caused to the property.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
You can book a Car Service through us. In this case, the driver will take you directly to the property and we can meet you at the property for the check-in.
We can arrange a check-in in-person at the flat. For check-in after 7 PM, a fee is applicable.
