This two-bedroom apartment is situated in the idyllic area of Greenland Dock. The property is just 0.4 miles from Surrey Quays Overground Station and 0.5 miles from Canada Water Underground Station, making this property the perfect location for a stay right next to Central London.

Located on the first floor, this tranquil London flat can comfortably accommodate up to four people. The smoke-free property features an open-plan living room, kitchen, and balcony. It comes with two bedrooms and one bathroom.

The living room has a comfortable sofa, reading chair, dining table, and 55” Smart TV, perfect for a movie night. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking appliances and utensils for preparing all your meals. The main bedroom is equipped with a double-size bed and dressing table, while the second bedroom is equipped with a double-size sofa bed alongside an adjustable sit/stand desk and plug-and-play 27” monitor, giving you the option to catch up on some last-minute work. The bathroom is equipped with a practical bathtub and shower.

To make the property feel like a home away from home, it offers complimentary WiFi connected to 900Mb superfast fibre-optic internet and offers complimentary range of amenities:

The area is predominantly pedestrianised, surrounded by green parks, woodlands, docks, and the Thames River, so it is perfect for walks, jogs, and bike rides. Greenland Dock itself is just 30 seconds walk from the property, with Russia Dock Woodland just 1 minute behind, while Southwark Park is only 6 minutes away. Nearby, Rotherhithe offers access to waterside walks westwards towards London Bridge and beyond or eastwards towards Greenwich. The area is full of cafes, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets, making it easy to enjoy coffee, lunch, and dinner in the vibrant area. With our years of experience within London, we recommend visiting Leadbelly’s Bar & Kitchen and Canada Water Cafe restaurants nearby. If you want to experience a British tradition, try out one of our London pubs, our favourite being The Yellow House.

Surrey Quays Overground and Canada Water Underground Stations give direct access to the Overground and Jubilee lines, which in turn give easy access to all major tube lines, allowing very easy access to all of London’s key tourist attractions and work districts. The property is also well positioned to easily access London City, Heathrow, and Stansted airports.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to present a form of governmental identification once the reservation has been created and upon check-in.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.

Should the above policies are not respected, a penalty fee would, therefore, apply to the guest(s) for any damages caused to the property.

Our Teams are here to help all our guests in a polite and professional manner however we do not tolerate any form of abuse towards the staff. Should this rule be broken, we reserve the right to reject any current or future bookings.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
You can book a Car Service through us. In this case, the driver will take you directly to the property and we can meet you at the property for the check-in. We can arrange a check-in in-person at the flat. For check-in after 7 PM, a fee is applicable.
