The house is private for the guests during their stay. All amenities and spaces are for guests’ use.

Free parking is available on the street. You have a private entrance to your own fully functioning townhouse with a beautiful patio.

NEARBY Tata Steel and other major work locations. neighbourhood is very friendly and there is a little kid area right in front of the apartment, ideal for families.

BY TRAIN:
Amsterdam Central Station: 35 minutes direct.
The closest train station is Beverwijk station, it’s about 1.5km from the house. 6 min drive or 20minute walk. The train is direct from Beverwijk to Amsterdam Centraal and takes 38minutes. Or there is one switch and it takes 44 minutes depending which train you catch. You can see the times and schedule on ns.nl website. The cost is €5.90 each way.

Zaandam Aan Zee (The beach): 35 minutes with one transfer.
Haarlem: 17 minutes direct.
Alkmaar: 30 minutes

The apartment is a 5-minute ride to the Beverwijk train station. There are shops nearby including a cafe and pizzeria.

There is a €100 fee for each missing key.

Guests are to return keys where they found them in the lockbox.

This is a NO pets and a NO smoking house. Breaking the NO pets or NO smoking rule will result in hefty fines.
