Check out is 11am unless otherwise agreed upon. 50GBP/ half hour will be charged if guest resides in flat past check out time without prior approval.

No smoking– 200GBP fine imposed

Late check ins between 9pm-midnight are charged at £60

Check ins after midnight must be requested before booking to confirm availability and charge

We can provide baby cots and high chairs, for health and safety reasons, we do not supply the mattress or linen for the cot. Many guests order these online to be delivered for their stay.

Ac units can be rented during your stay, these are charged at £20 per unit per day – please enquire in advance if you would like this
