Both bedrooms offer a double bed and ample storage space.
The master bedroom also opens onto a small private patio garden.
The spacious bathroom is also located downstairs.
It features a bathtub with a over head shower.

On the first floor you will find the living room, equipped with a sofa, armchairs, a SMART Tv and double French doors opening onto a Juliette balcony. The dining table can seat 6 people. The open plan kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
