This very spacious apartment has an incredible location in the crossroads of Eixample, Old city and Barceloneta. 15 minutes walk and you can find yourself on Paseo de Gracia, enjoying Gaudi masterpieces and luxury shopping; or discovering narrow streets of the old city with its street musicians, cute little shops and local vibe; or sipping on a glass of sangria watching the waves in Barceloneta beach.

The apartment consists of a fully furnished kitchen (oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer), a separate dining area, and a living room with a big screen TV, a very large main bedroom with a queen bed, TV and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, a second bedroom with two single beds (can be put together as a double bed or separately), and another full bathroom with a shower.

We can provide baby crib, high chair, books & games at request.

We are available to our guests 24/7, however the guests will receive keys and access the apartment independently during their booking period.

IMPORTANT – The following amounts aren’t included in the rental price and will be charged upon arrival into the property:

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit must be paid upon check-in, fully refundable as long as there are no damages to the apartment. The security deposit amount is 2 months of rental per year-long contract, or the prorated amount for shorter stays. Please contact us if you need more information.

UTILITY FEES
An extra 200€ per month will be charged to cover utility fees (water, electricity, wifi). Should the bills sum up to a higher amount, the tenant will be asked to pay the difference.

LATE CHECK-IN:
For check-ins from 8pm to 10pm: 40€
For check-ins from 10pm to 11pm: 60€

EARLY CHECK-IN: (before 3pm) Subject to availability and there is a 40€ early check-in fee. Please note that in case the apartment is being cleaned, the early check-in fee still applies and you can ONLY leave your luggage in the apartment, take the keys and come back when the cleaning is done (around 3pm).

A rental contract will be signed between the guest and the owner that highlights the booking details as well as the property and building rules.

Your pet is welcome to stay with you. We will collect a 250 € pet security deposit (fully refundable as long as there are no damages to the apartment) and a 150 € monthly pet fee.
