1)Check-in is after 4 PM (16:00) and check-out is before 12 PM (12:00).
2)Smoking is strictly forbidden. A non-negotiable penalty of 500 AED will be charged to rectify the smell if evidence of smoking is found inside the apartment.
3) Loss of keys, access cards or parking cards will result in a 200 AED replacement charge, which should be paid in cash at check-out.
4) No pets allowed.
