This two-bedroom apartment situated in the famous area of Highgate is located on the first floor. It is just a four-minute walk to Highgate Tube Station with access to Northern Line, which will provide you with easy access to London iconic landmarks and Heathrow Airport.

The well-appointed living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy your stay, and also features a dining table that can seat up to four people. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, it is fully stocked with all cooking utensils allowing you to prepare your favorite quick snacks or gourmet meals. The bright bedrooms are equipped with double and king size beds. The apartment also features two bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and a walk-in shower.

We would like to mention the 3 methods for check-in:

1. You can meet us at our Central London Reception Space. We will provide a folder with the flat instructions, directions to the flat, tube map, etc. and the keys to your apartment (The Reception Space is open every day from 8 AM until 9 PM).

2. You can book a Car Service through us. In this case, the driver will have the keys to your booked apartment and will take you there directly.

3. We can arrange a check-in in-person at the flat. For check-in after 9 PM, a fee is applicable.

Situated just four minutes walk from Highgate Tube Station where you can use the Northern Line which will allow you to reach London’s famous areas (Oxford Street, Hyde Park, Regent’s Park, Westminster Abbey and Harrod’s), the City Centre, and London Heathrow Airport very quickly.

The apartment is also located in the area close to the Alexandra Palace Garden.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to present a form of governmental identification once the reservation has been created and upon check-in.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.

Should the above policies are not respected, a penalty fee would, therefore, apply to the guest(s) for any damages caused to the property.

Our Teams are here to help all our guests in a polite and professional manner however we do not tolerate any form of abuse towards the staff. Should this rule be broken, we reserve the right to reject any current or future bookings.
