The access card is needed to enter all the facilities. Free parking available in the cluster of buildings (ground floor) on first come, first serve basis. There is paid parking in between the clusters.

A pet friendly neighborhood, JLT is a beehive of restaurants, shops, cafes, services, nightlife and entertainment. It’s a very family friendly neighborhood with lots of people walking around during day and at night enjoying the views and facilities on offer. In our building alone you have the following:

– small grocery shop (call them and they will deliver directly to the apartment)
– Chinese/Italian restaurant & takeaway
– Indian restaurant & takeaway
– Russian restaurant & takeaway
– Laundry/drycleaners
– Tailoring shop
– Butchers shop (great for bbq’s)
– Music shop
– Optics shop
– Cellphone and electronics shop
– Beauty center
– Printing shop
– Gift shop
– Pet store
Within 5-10 minutes walk you can also find:
– ATM
– 24 hr carrefour grocery, 7/11 convenience store
– Nero coffee shop and Costa Coffee
– Quality gents barber shop and grooming center
– French restaurant, Italian restaurant with Jazzclub and live music, Thai restaurant, Irish pub, sheesha lounge
– Pharmacy, doctors, dentists, gym’s, studio’s, clinics and more
Just a 10 minute walk over the Metro bridge, you’re in the infamous Dubai Marina. Another area packed full of facilities and entertainment options. Its a very popular area for tourists due to THE BEACH (shopping mall), JBR, Marina Mall and the Walk.
A short 5 minute taxi ride away you also have IBN BATTUTA Mall, one of the eldest but also most charming of Dubai’s shopping malls. It has 6 areas themed on the different lands which were visited by Ibn Battuta, a famous traveller and explorer from the 14th Century who went from Tunisia all the way to China and back.
If you’re planning to drive, free parking is available within cluster B on first come, first serve basis. Usually there is always a space available but in the unlikely event its full, there is some more parking cluster B and C. Basement parking is available on request.
If you wish to use public transport, the DMCC Metro Station is 3-5 minute walk from our building. This connects you with Jebel Ali, Dubai Marina, Internet City, Media City, Mall of Emirates, Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, World Trade Center, DIFC, Bur Dubai, Dubai Creek, Festival City, Deira, Dubai Airport and many more.
Taxis are readily available directly outside the building. If you don’t see one, l recommend to wait for a few minutes or walk to the road and flag one there. Uber and Careem are also good apps for booking private taxis but fares are about 20% or more than regular cabs. Careem has introduced booking regular taxis through the app by selecting the “Hala Taxi” option.
Walking is also a good way to get around JLT and Marina (as long as it’s not too hot in the summer months).
Since this apartment is licensed on Department of Tourism & Commerce Marketing (DTCM), all guests are required to send us their passport copy.
