Our holiday apartments are located in a very central and quiet area in Vienna\’s twelfth district and offer the perfect combination of comfort and efficiency for the discerning visitor who is looking for a quiet place to retreat and relax and still want to enjoy the proximity to the center and the sights.

The “Deluxe Apartment” is the apartment with an upscale feel-good factor – with a large and somewhat unusual bedroom that faces the very quiet inner courtyard garden; Living room with a fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area, as well as a comfortable box spring sofa, private bathroom with separate toilet, hairdryer, safe, iron + ironing board and much more. The very quiet garden is equipped with a comfortable rattan seating area that invites you to linger and enjoy.

The subway stations “Meidlinger Hauptstrasse” (U4) and “Niederhofstrasse (U6) can each be reached in 5 minutes on foot, the subway station “Schönbrunn” (U4) – in a maximum of 10 minutes.

The Meidling train station, Badner Bahn, and buses 9A, 10A, 7A, 63A, 8A can also be reached in a few minutes on foot. The U4 takes you to the city center in 10 minutes, from Meidling train station for the unbeatable price of €4.40 and within 30 minutes – to the airport.

Numerous shopping opportunities (supermarkets, small market square, tobacconist, pharmacies, various shops, cafés, restaurants, pizzerias and others) for your daily needs are in the immediate vicinity, as well as in the nearby Meidlinger Hauptstrasse pedestrian zone.

The Schönbrunn Palace Park with the Gloriette and the Schönbrunn Zoo are about a 10-minute walk away; The Schönbrunner Bad, the Technical Museum, fitness studios and various recreation parks can also be reached on foot in just a few minutes and offer numerous leisure and sports opportunities.
