Maximum Occupancy: Maximum number of guests allowed for any property is four (4) people.

– Guest Registration
We will need passport (or Emirates ID) copies of all guests and visitors at least 48-hours in advance in order to register your stay with community/building security. We cannot guarantee your check-in if copies of your IDs are not provided on-time.

– Building Facilities
The building amenities including the pool, gym, etc., are directly overseen by the Building Management. We do not have any control or accountability over these facilities. Please be advised that these amenities could be subject to maintenance and closures, which may occur without prior notification.
