Beautiful penthouse with a private terrace right in the heart of Barcelona, few minutes away from Placa Catalunya.

This apartment is located on the top floor with unbeatable views to the city. It consists of a double bedroom with wardrobes (also, storage under the bed), living – dining room, fully functional kitchen, bathroom with a shower and a private terrace.

It was recently renovated on May 2022 and fully furnished using stylish pieces with maximum functionality.

You’ll find plentiful fine dining options in this area of the city, such as Disfrutar, Cinc Sentits, and Restaurant Gaig, all featured in the Michelin Guide. More relaxed yet still top-quality restaurants include Paco Meralgo, La Flauta, and Maitea Taberna. After your meal, head to Carrer Aribau for a seemingly endless selection of bars to enjoy a cocktail, including the famous Dry Martini. For a night of dancing, cross Diagonal to head into uptown Barcelona for some of the city’s most exclusive clubs.

This area of the city is very well communicated with many bus, train lines and taxi stops.

IMPORTANT – The following amounts aren’t included in the rental price and will be charged upon arrival into the property:

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit must be paid upon check-in, fully refundable as long as there are no damages to the apartment. The security deposit amount is 2 months of rental per year-long contract, or the prorated amount for shorter stays. Please contact us if you need more information.

UTILITY FEES
An extra 200€ per month will be charged to cover utility fees (water, electricity, wifi). Should the bills sum up to a higher amount, the tenant will be asked to pay the difference.

LATE CHECK-IN:
For check-ins from 8pm to 10pm: 40€
For check-ins from 10pm to 11pm: 60€

EARLY CHECK-IN (before 3pm): Subject to availability and there is a 40€ early check-in fee. Please note that in case the apartment is being cleaned, the early check-in fee still applies and you can ONLY leave your luggage in the apartment, take the keys and come back when the cleaning is done (around 3pm).

PETS: Your furry friends are more than welcome in our apartment! However, please note the following extras will apply:
– 150€ monthly extra fee
– 250€ extra security deposit, fully refundable as long as there are no damages to the property.

A rental contract will be signed between the guest and the owner that highlights the booking details as well as the property and building rules.
