This stylish apartment is located just 5min walking from the main train station María Zambrano and the central Bus Station. The famous Calle Larios is only a 12min away.

The apartment is tastefully-furnished and has new furniture. It has a open plan kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

The house is situated in a residential neighborhood in the center of the city, just 5 minutes walk from the main train station María Zambrano and the central Bus Station.
The famous Calle Larios is only a 12 minutes away and the Mercado del Carmen just next door, the perfect getaway for an authentic and local food and shopping experience.

The Malagueta is a pleasant 20 minutes’ walkaway from the property, which will take you along the port and the Paseo Marítimo.

The apartment is located next to the Mercado del Carmen therefore you will enjoy an authentic and local food experience.
It is really close to the centre of the city and this area has plenty of supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops and a residential flair.

The property is really close to the central train and bus station and public transportation is at your fingertips.
In order to pick the keys up in our office (at Paseo Reding 3):

– Bus connection from the airport to the center of the city, our office and La Malagueta Beach: line A (your stop would be at the end of the Paseo del Parque)

– Bus connection from the apartment to the center of the city, our office and La Malagueta Beach: line 4 and 19 (last stop)

1. To guarantee compliance with current regulations on citizen security, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, which may request the image of the identity document and/or selfie from the tourist. . 2. Check-in hours:
From 01/01 to 12/31: every day from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Arrivals between 9pm – 10pm: €25.
Arrivals between 10pm – 11pm: €30.
Arrivals between 11pm – 12am: €35.
Arrivals between 24h – 01h: €40.
After 01:00, each hour of delay carries a supplement of €10.

3. Departure time: 12:00.
Late check out prices:
until 2:00 p.m. – €40
until 3:00 p.m. – €45
It can be requested 24-48 hours before departure
