Located on the first floor, this apartment can comfortably accommodate up to six people. The smoke-free property features a living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen.

The living room is equipped with a sofa and a dining table that can seat six people. The kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances. The master bedroom comes complete with a king-size bed, while the other rooms have a double-size bed and 2 single beds. The apartment also features two bathrooms, respectively equipped with a standing shower, and a bathtub with an overhead shower.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to present a form of governmental identification once the reservation has been created and upon check-in.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.

Should the above policies are not respected, a penalty fee would, therefore, apply to the guest(s) for any damages caused to the property.

You can book a Car Service through us. In this case, the driver will take you directly to the property and we can meet you at the property for the check-in.
We can arrange a check-in in-person at the flat. For check-in after 7 PM, a fee is applicable.
