This newly renovated 2-bedroom apartment is just a 10-minute walk from the beach, located in a vibrant area with art galleries, co-working spaces, restaurants, and bars. It features a spacious main bedroom, a second bedroom with a pull-out bed, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and amenities like a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, TV, and coffee maker. The apartment combines traditional Catalan features with modern comforts, including two balconies with views of Barcelona. Guests have exclusive access to the apartment, with 24/7 assistance available.

Nearby, you’ll find shopping options at Les Glòries and Diagonal Mar malls, the Encants Market, and Palo Alto Market on the first weekend of each month. Art lovers can visit the Design Museum of Barcelona, La Plataforma gallery, and Addicted To Life. Entertainment includes Razzmatazz nightclub, Barcelona Culture World, and Yelmo Cines Icaria for original films. The apartment is well-connected, with a bus stop and two metro stations just a few blocks away.

IMPORTANT – The following amounts aren’t included in the rental price and will be charged upon arrival into the property:

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit must be paid upon check-in, fully refundable as long as there are no damages to the apartment. The security deposit amount is 2 months of rental per year-long contract, or the prorated amount for shorter stays. Please contact us if you need more information.

– Utility fees of EUR200,00 per month

Please note there is an additional charge for late evening / night check-ins.
For check-ins from 8pm to 11pm: EUR40.00
For check-ins from 11pm to 1am: EUR60.00
For check-ins from 1am to 7am: EUR90.00

Your furry friends are more than welcome in our apartment! However, please note the following extras will apply:
– EUR150,00 monthly extra fee
– EUR250,00 extra security deposit, fully refundable as long as there are no damages to the property

The house is equipped with an alarm system and cameras that only capture fotos in case of intrusion. Guests can cover the camera lens while in the apartment with a plastic cover switch if they wish so, but we recommend to keep it uncovered.

A rental contract outlining the rental summary as well as house rules will be signed prior to check-in.
