LATE CHECK-IN:
For check-ins from 8pm to 10pm: 40€
For check-ins from 10pm to 11pm: 60€

EARLY CHECK-IN: (before 3pm) Subject to availability and there is a 40€ early check-in fee. Please note that in case the apartment is being cleaned, the early check-in fee still applies and you can ONLY leave your luggage in the apartment.

The apartment is equipped with an alarm/surveillance system.

A rental contract will be signed between the guest and the owner that highlights the booking details as well as the property and building rules. Please note that if you book for less than 32 nights, we will cancel the booking and refund the amount paid minus the payment processing fee.
