The block and neighbourhood are extremely quiet, despite their central location. You’re two minutes walk from Borough subway/metro and five minutes walk from London Bridge and a further ten minute walk over the bridge into the City.
Locally you have over 300 bars and restaurants of all standing, along with the landmark sites such as the Tower of London, Tate Modern and St Pauls all within about 15 minutes. There’s a couple of supermarkets and gyms very close, plenty of co-working spaces around. You’ve Borough Market five minutes away and an Amazon Fresh about ten minutes away.
