Casa Emilia is an apartment located on the third floor with elevator of a stately building that enjoys a very large and green condominium garden. The tastefully furnished space comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests (2 in the double bedroom and 2 in the living room on the double sofa bed).

The space
The apartment consists of an entrance on a very bright double living room with sofa bed and dining table, separate kitchen perfectly equipped, balcony overlooking the communal garden, double bedroom with wardrobes, bathroom with shower.

Other things to note
Please communicate the time of your arrival. Remember: if you don’t give us any indication you could wait some time before to get in the apartment. Free check-in is guaranteed from Monday to Sunday, between 3 pm and 8 pm. Other arrangements may require a supplement. In particular:

11am – 3pm = 30€ supplement (depending on availability, if cleanings are still in the process you can just leave bags)

8pm – 10pm = 20€ supplement

10pm – 1am= 30€ supplement

The time-schedule to check-in is subject to availability of our Welcome Staff. In the event that other bookings are on the same day, you will agree together the optimal check in time for both.
