This newly renovated 2-bedroom apartment, located in the heart of Barcelona, offers spacious, light-filled interiors and stunning city views. Situated on the 7th floor, the apartment features large double-glazed windows and includes access to a community gym, pool, and sauna. It’s just a 10-minute walk from Plaça Catalunya and Rambla de Catalunya.

The apartment has a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and en-suite bathroom, and a guest bedroom with a single bed that converts into a double. There’s a second full bathroom with a shower. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with brand-new Siemens appliances, perfect for social gatherings. Guests have exclusive use of the apartment during their stay, with 24/7 assistance available.

Located in the Eixample district, known for its geometric layout and Modernista architecture, the apartment is close to metro and bus stops.

IMPORTANT – The following amounts aren’t included in the rental price and will be charged upon arrival into the property:
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit must be paid upon check-in, fully refundable as long as there are no damages to the apartment. The security deposit amount is 2 months of rental per year-long contract, or the prorated amount for shorter stays. Please contact us if you need more information.

UTILITY FEES
An extra 200€ per month will be charged to cover utility fees (water, electricity, wifi). Should the bills sum up to a higher amount, the tenant will be asked to pay the difference.

AGENCY FEE
200€ per month.
LATE CHECK-IN:
For check-ins from 8pm to 10pm: 40€
For check-ins from 10pm to 11pm: 60€

EARLY CHECK-IN: (before 3pm) Subject to availability and there is a 40€ early check-in fee. Please note that in case the apartment is being cleaned, the early check-in fee still applies and you can ONLY leave your luggage in the apartment, take the keys and come back when the cleaning is done (around 3pm).

Please note that the pool is only accessible when the doorman is there (usually Monday to Friday 10.00 – 13.00 and from 16.00 – 20.00, but hours may vary).

A rental contract will be signed between the guest and the owner that highlights the booking details as well as the property and building rules.
