Multiple employees comfortable here. Fully equipped for long term stay. Nearby 25KM to Amsterdam Center, 20 minutes to Schiphol Airport. Nearby is Tata Steel. The shower+sink room is separate from the toilet+sink room, ideal when staying with several people.

The entire apartment is set up for guests stay. Everything is accessible for guests.

Lock box system is set up for SELF CHECK IN. I am always available to help and answer questions via text or email. Immediate response time is provided and I always do my best to solve any problems that may arise as quickly as possible.

There is a €100 fee for each missing key.

Guests are to return keys where they found them in the lockbox.

This is a NO pets and a NO smoking house. Breaking the NO pets or NO smoking rule will result in hefty fines. Missing towels will be charged to your bill at the end of your stay.

If garbage pass is lost or damaged, €100 will apply.
