This apartment has a capacity for 6 adults. It features a spacious two-bedroom layout designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults. Each bedroom is furnished with comfortable bedding and ample storage space for a relaxing stay.

In addition to the bedrooms, the living room includes an extra inflatable air mattress, suitable for accommodating 2 additional adults. This arrangement is well-suited for families or groups of friends visiting Dubai, providing flexibility and convenience during your stay.

As it is a Self-check-in. We won’t be present at the property physically, but you can reach out to us anytime between 09:00 AM – midnight via phone, email, or messages.

HOUSE RULES:

– This is a holiday home, not a hotel.
– Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
– Parties, photoshoots, and pets are not allowed.
– Smoking is strictly prohibited, and offenders will be charged.
– Lost keys/access cards will incur a charge.
– Additional housekeeping services are available upon request for an extra fee.

Check-in / Check-out:

– Check-in time is at 03:00 PM.
– Check-out time is at 11:00 AM.
– Last-minute booking extensions will result in additional cleaning charges.
– Late check-out is not permitted, and one-night fee will be charged if check-out is delayed.
