Brand new, fully furnished with hand-picked design, this apartment has one independent bedroom, one fully equipped bathroom, a sunny balcony with natural plants and a modern kitchen. It is full of natural light, providing an airy living style. It has a gorgeous wooden floor, lots of books and magazines, cable TV, top quality wi-fi and everything you may need to feel at home during you stay.

The apartment is ideal for couples, business travelers, families or small groups of friends looking for the Porto experience, walking distance from some of the main iconic attractions of the city: the Arts District, Casa da Música or Bom Sucesso Market. It fits comfortably two people, but can accommodate 4 due to a comfortable and big sleeping sofa.

It has its own special artsy touch, matching the Art District lifestyle and assuring our guests’ experience of a modern and welcoming feeling of a home away from home.

Boavista area is totally central in the city. That’s where you can find the stunning Casa da Música and Mercado do Bom Sucesso. Historical area and Arts district are a short walking distance away.

The apartment is located in the 1st floor and has 63 square meters. It features a double or twin bedroom (ask for your preference), living room with a sleeping sofa that turns into a comfortable double bed, kitchen and bathroom.

The building doesn’t have an elevator.

– Transfer (by shuttle or private taxi) to and from the airport;

Please let us know at the time of the booking if you will be requesting any of the above mentioned services or other special services. These are provided by business partners therefore are subject to availability.

You will receive two cards to open the main door and the apartment. A daily cleaning will be done between 10h until 16h, if you do not want to be disturbed please put the warning on the door. Outside that period the cleaning will not be performed that day.

We’ll need you to provide your check-in time in advance, to make sure we have everything ready upon your arrival. Your satisfaction is our bigger priority!

If requested and possible, check in could be made earlier. When early check in is not possible, the guests can always leave their luggage with us until check in time.

The location is ideal for all dining, culture, business and transport in the city-center. Secure parking is available nearby. This accommodation is suitable for students, families and professionals.
