Located on the ground floor, this beautiful London Victorian conversion with high ceilings can comfortably accommodate up to two people and a child. The smoke-free property features a living room, a large bedroom, a bathroom, a powder room, a kitchen, and a balcony. The living room has high ceilings and is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a dining table and a Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and includes all the cooking utensils that you could need when preparing a quick snack or your evening dinner. The bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom and a free-standing shower. (Please note that a UK King sized bed is different to US).

As a Victorian conversion shared with neighbors, there will be times when you hear them walking around upstairs. The ceiling has been sound insulated to the maximum, but that doesn’t eliminate all noise entirely. Please also note that while the interior has been beautifully refurbished, the exterior is shared with neighbors who have been living there for many years and so it needs a fresh lick of paint and some touch ups. Please don’t judge the book by the cover, once you walk inside the apartment, you will see the difference and should be very happy.
