The Alfonso XIII Metro is right in front (Line 4) which connects with the Salamanca and Chamberí neighbourhoods without having to transfer.
Bus line 9 runs right next door and takes you to the very centre of Madrid (Calle Alcalá with Gran Vía, passing through Calle Serrano, Plaza de la Independencia, Cibeles, etc.). In general, there are several bus lines that take you to the most central areas of the city.
I usually live in the flat and rent it out when I’m not there. To store clothes, shoes and suitcases (cabin luggage), guests can use one of the wardrobe doors in the bedroom, two chests of drawers and the wardrobe in the entrance hall.
