It is just a 10 minutes walk to Bayswater, Queensway, and Royal Oak Tube Stations with access to the Central, Circle, District, and Hammersmith & City Lines, which will provide you with easy access to London iconic landmarks.

The well-appointed living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy your stay, and also features a dining table that can seat up to 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, it is fully stocked with all cooking utensils allowing you to prepare your favorite quick snacks or gourmet meals. The elegant bedroom is equipped with a double-size bed. The apartment also features a bathroom equipped with a shower.

We would like to mention the 3 methods for check-in:

1. You can meet us at our Central London Reception Space. We will provide a folder with the flat instructions, directions to the flat, tube map, etc. and the keys to your apartment (The Reception Space is open every day from 8 AM until 9 PM).

2. You can book a Car Service through us. In this case, the driver will have the keys to your booked apartment and will take you there directly.

3. We can arrange a check-in in-person at the flat. For check-in after 9 PM, a fee is applicable.

Situated just a 10 minutes walk to Bayswater, Queensway, and Royal Oak Tube Stations with access to the Central, Circle, District, and Hammersmith & City Lines which will allow you to reach London’s famous areas (Portobello Road, Oxford Street, Hyde Park, Regent’s Park, Westminster Abbey and Harrod’s), the City Centre and also London Heathrow Airport very quickly.

The apartment is also located just a short walk from the Design Museum, Kensington Palace, as well as the Royal Albert Hall.

This area is full of stores, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores and in case you want to spend your evening in one of the numerous restaurants offering various cuisines, we can suggest the Guste REMO, a vibrant outpost featuring Neapolitan-style pizza, pasta, and other Italian meals in an elegant setting or The Shed, serving modern British cuisine. In the near area, there are also several traditional pubs such as The Prince Edward, The Cleveland Arms, or The Churchill Arms.

To discover London heritage, you can also visit several museums like the British Museum, the Natural History Museum, the Victoria & Albert Museum, the Science Museum, and Leighton House Museum that are located within just a few minutes by walk or public transport.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to present a form of governmental identification once the reservation has been created and upon check-in.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.

Should the above policies are not respected, a penalty fee would, therefore, apply to the guest(s) for any damages caused to the property.

Our Teams are here to help all our guests in a polite and professional manner however we do not tolerate any form of abuse towards the staff. Should this rule be broken, we reserve the right to reject any current or future bookings.
