The bright living room is furnished with a sofa that can be converted into a double bed, a table with 4 chairs and a Tv. The open kitchen is modern and equipped with a dishwasher, induction hobs and all the utensils for having lunch or dinner for 4 people. The modern furnishings, together with the large windows and the high ceilings typical of period buildings create a unique and refined environment. The bedroom with double bed, Tv, wardrobe, also has a small desk where you can work from home in a separate room from the living area. The recently renovated bathroom has a window and it is equipped with a shower cubicle, washing machine and bathroom fixtures.

You can reach the apartment by bus, subway, train or tram. The apartment is located inside the ztl Area C,, so you have to pay for the entrance by car. You can park on the blue lines (hourly fee), while the yellow ones are reserved for residents.

The closest underground station is Duomo Mm1 and Mm3 (direct connection with all the main train stations: Stazione Centrale, Cadorna), a five-minute walk from the apartment. There are also numerous bus and tram lines nearby: bus 85, 94 tram 12, 19, 24.
