New bright open apartment with a lovely mezzanine.

The historical building, renovated in 2015, was a traditional bourgeois house from the XIX century, and keeps its charm and elegance combined with modern functionality and custom-made furniture.

The apartment features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a lovely mezzanine, which will be the delight of youngsters.

The Arts District, Casa da Música and Bom Sucesso Market are within a 10 minute walking distance, and Carolina Michaelis Metro Station – with direct connections to the airport and the entire city – is only 100 meters away.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and has 33 square meters. It features a double or twin bedroom (ask for your preference) in a 10 square meters mezzanine, living room with a sleeping sofa that turns into a comfortable double bed, kitchen and bathroom.

You will receive two cards to open the main door and the apartment. A daily cleaning will be done between 10h until 16h, if you do not want to be disturbed please put the warning on the door. Outside that period the cleaning will not be performed that day.

We’ll need you to provide your check-in time in advance, to make sure we have everything ready upon your arrival. Your satisfaction is our bigger priority!

If requested and possible, check in could be made earlier. When early check in is not possible, the guests can always leave their luggage with us until check in time.
