This chic loft studio was built in a former vaulted cellar and combines elegant style with the wonderful feeling of home.

The 36m² apartment has been furnished to a high standard with everything your heart desires: a cozy living area (which can accommodate a third guest if required), smart TV, comfortable bed and a fully equipped kitchenette with induction hob, fridge and dishwasher. A washing machine is also available.
In addition, a walk-in closet has been built into the custom-made mezzanine, which rounds off this exclusive inner-city gem.

The bathroom has been freshly renovated and equipped with a wellness shower, so that nothing stands in the way of a relaxed start to the day.

The large terrace is also ideal for this, where you can make yourself comfortable with a cup of coffee.

The location of the apartment is also ideal:
The city center, the market square or the Kurhaus/Staatstheater are just a few minutes’ walk away.
The Rhein-Main-Congress-Center is just one block away and the train station is also within walking distance at 1 km.
Due to its location in the rear building, it remains quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep.

You are here in the heart of Wiesbaden.
The Wilhelmstrasse, where the annual Wilhelmstrasse Festival takes place, is in the neighbourhood. The State Theatre, Kurhaus, Casino and the Congress Centre, as well as the newly opened museum, are also just a few minutes’ walk away.
The market square and state parliament are also in the immediate vicinity, as are various shopping facilities and restaurants.

You can park free of charge on the street overnight.
If you want to park during the day, I recommend the RMCC multi-storey car park for cost reasons, where you can also get a decent rate with the P-Card.
If you use public transport, you are well served here: the Wilhelmstraße and Luisenplatz bus stops are served by almost all bus routes.

Bed linen and towels are of course provided.

ATTENTION: due to the low ceiling height of the sleeping area (especially at the edge of the mezzanine) and the unsecured staircase, this studio is not suitable for children or people with reduced mobility.
Please keep this aspect of increased caution in mind during your stay.
