Lost Access Cards
For lost building and parking access cards, a replacement fee of 350 AED will be applied. We strongly advise surrendering the access cards upon check-out to minimize the risk of misplacement and associated charges.
Additional Guest Fee Information:
Please be aware that an additional charge is applicable for guests exceeding the normal capacity of 7 for this property. The maximum allowance is set at 7 guests, with an extra charge specifically for the 8th and 9th guest. We kindly emphasize that exceeding this limit is not permissible due to space constraints. Strictly up to 9 guests only.
Submission of Passports:
Upon confirmation of the booking, it is mandatory to provide the PASSPORT COPIES of all arriving guests. Failure to submit these documents may lead to inconvenience, as the building administration will be unable to issue access cards. Your prompt cooperation ensures a smooth check-in process and access to the building facilities.
