The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
Should the above policies are not respected, a penalty fee would, therefore, apply to the guest(s) for any damages caused to the property.

You can book a Car Service through us. In this case, the driver will take you directly to the property and we can meet you at the property for the check-in.
