The apartment occupies the entire first floor of a beautifully preserved, early 19th-century Georgian townhouse, in a Grade II listed (deemed of historical interest) building.

With its natural light, neutral, Scandinavian-inspired interior and use of organic materials, this apartment has a warm and cosy feel that will wash away the weariness from your daily explorations.

The property opens up to a hall with a well-appointed kitchen and bathroom on the side and a living room and bedroom on the other. It can comfortably accommodate up to two people.

The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, a stylish sideboard, a dining table and chairs. The bedroom features a double-sized bed, night table and ample built-in storage. Large sash windows in the living and bedroom offer the view of the Shard. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and includes all the cooking utensils that you might need when crafting your breakfast or dinner. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, bathroom vanity and heated towel rack.

The flat has been recently renovated and equipped with clever storage space, new appliances and additional fixtures with your comfort in mind, benefitting from underfloor heating throughout, washer/dryer, microwave, coffee machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, hoover and additional portable heater.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to present a form of governmental identification once the reservation has been created and upon check-in.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.

Should the above policies are not respected, a penalty fee would, therefore, apply to the guest(s) for any damages caused to the property.

You can book a Car Service through us. In this case, the driver will take you directly to the property and we can meet you at the property for the check-in.
